| Hi Shannon, Thank you,

Hi Shannon & Matt Our girls, Daisy (18months) and Lily (23 weeks) are both doing fine. Daisy, for one so young, has taken on the role of head trainer. With Daisy as an example; Lily now sits, lays, stays and fetches…..of course this is ‘old hat’ for Daisy who is our ‘super star’. It never fails to amaze us just how intelligent the girls are. Their uncanny ability to comprehend and their never wavering desire to please is an absolute marvel and joy to us. For the most part the girls come with us when we go out, they both are well behaved and turn a lot of heads. They also generate lots of comments. I love every minute of it, and always take the opportunity to brag on them. We want you to know that we are truly grateful to you for bringing these girls in to or lives. Your dedication to the breed and your caring approach sets the standard in quality Labradors. Your dogs are truly a credit to you. The girls have certainly changed our lives in a very positive way; for that we thank you. Ray & Leslie Hill, OH.
Shannon.... Carson is a wonderful girl…she has learned so much and behaves so well…Thank you again for such a precious baby. I attached her favorite place to be..ON THE COUCH!! Ruth
Hi Shannon! We took Joey to the vet today to get an all over exam. He was the hit of the place! All the assistants and staff fell in love with Joey and our vet said he hasn't seen that good looking of a lab in many many years (and I've known this vet for over 20 years and I will tell you he is not a salesman of any sorts). Joey slept through almost the entire exam! He weighed in at 11 pounds 1 ounce today. Attached are a few photos of Joey. He loves laying under our coffee table and the kitchen chairs. Believe it or not, Joey slept from 11 to 5 on Monday night and 10:30 to 5:45 last night! He is doing so well. He likes his crate and falls asleep within minutes when riding in the car. Sherry Just wanted to share an update on Harley! We have had him exactly 2 weeks now and all we can say is wow! Harley is an absolute dream puppy! Lazy, but yet playful too! He was a champ in the 2 day car ride..never made the first whimper! He was sleeping all night by the second night home. He is so laid back and wonderful, I cannot thank you enough! I will send more as we take them. I gave a friend of mine your website and he may be contacting you. Of all the labs we have looked at over the years, Harley by far is the best catch of all! Paige We bought Romeo from you a few months ago from prina and chance. he is a great puppy and is very big, and healthy. he is so calm and great with my 2 kids, even my 1 year old baby. Amy, CA. Just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with Amelia. She is smart and a fast learner! I'm sending along a photo so you can see how she is turning out. Carla, OH
Hi Shannon: Wanted to send you a recent picture of Lacey. I took it today , she is 19 weeks old Monday. She is a doll , we love her so much and her and Shelby get along great. I think she is going to be a big girl, and so does her vet, he said 80-90 lbs. She is learning very well, she is completely housebroken and goes to the door to be let out and really enjoys her fenced in back yard , and loves to watch the birds on the feeder. I work with her everyday, she stays by my side 24/7 and what a great disposition she has. I know now that my choice was the right one. Keep in touch, Sincerely.... Stephanie KY. Hi Shannon- I took a few pictures of Trapper this past weekend. He was one year old yesterday and weighed 81 pounds!! He looks great and is doing fantastic!! Thanks for everything. Kevin. NY Sending you some recent photos of "Zuzu". She is almost 8 months old. She is about 65 lbs so far. She is looking more like an adult dog, but she still is all puppy. We are enjoying her some much! I have gotten so many compliments on what a beautiful dog she is. She not only is a good looking dog but she has the best personality to go along with it... Can't thank you enough, she has been a joy to our family! Lisa Meyer Shannon, Hello! We took some pictures of Lucie this past weekend and thought you might enjoy seeing them. She is 1 year and 1 month old as of September 8 and weighs 74lbs. She and our 6 year old Owen are best buddies. She always needs to know where he is at all times. She likes her walks, and she also likes to snuggle on the floor. We have gotten many comments about how beautiful she is and how shiny her coat is. Renea thinks in the photo that she is standing, that she looks like her dad Mako. Overall she is a wonderful girl and has been a perfect fit into our family. We will keep the pics coming, Ryan, Renea, Owen and Lucie Marietta, OH 45750 Hi Shannon, I haven't spoken with you in a while and wanted to send along a note to say Hi....hope everyone in your people and dog family are doing great. Toby is doing great! He's got a great personality and has fit right in as one of the pack. He's a big boy at 11 months (almost 90 lbs) and I image he'll get a little bigger. I think he may have gotten his personality from his Dad-----no dog runs harder and for a shorter period of time than Toby. After chasing the ball about 8 times, he gives you the look that says....."You take this one Bud" (too funny) I've attached a few pictures that you can use however you wish. I gave him a bath yesterday and couldn't resist snapping off a few shots. I'm planning on taking some more soon and will pass those along too (if they turn out) I still have your site bookmarked and go back from time-to-time to see the liters and check on things. I'm glad to see that Heartlands is still producing such cute pups and handsome dogs. Take care and I'll be in touch with more photos soon, Dave Cox Washington, NC Hi Shannon, I just wanted to say hello From Costa Rica. I want to let you know how happy and pleased I am with these two bundles of joy I got from you. Rocco is now 3 years old and is just a great labrador. Everyone is pleased when he is around, especially when I take him to work. he sits in the receptionist area and greets all who come with a big smile and wagging tail. Friends come over to visit and they express just how calm and friendly he is. My other beast, Primo is also an excellent labrador. He is learning fast from Rocco. Although he is only 7 months, he wieghs in at 64 pounds, and still growing. The vet always comments on how easy and relaxed they are when they go for their visits. No fuss at all, they both just sit there and let him do his work. Thank you very much for making my life 2 dogs happier. I hope everyone who has gotten a lab from you is as happy as I am. Your extended family from far away, Charles, Rocco and Primo. Hi Shannon, I thought you'd like to see how your pup is doing. Jerry Garcia is one of the family, and we could never ask for a better dog. He is well-behaved (trained to hand signals), smart, and not to mention so very handsome. He loves his life on the beach and will play fetch until your arm falls off. He is such a wonderful member of the family. The kids just adore him, and so do we. I'm including a few recent pics for you. Thank you again for this wonderful dog. Regards, Krista Sperber Dear Shannon, Chloe is one year old today, from Stubby and Chance's litter last February 15, and I have to tell you again what a superb dog she is. Of all the dogs we've had and loved over the years, we think she is the smartest, bar none--and she has such a sweet and funny disposition, follows me everywhere and is my good friend (the other two couldn't be bothered) and is getting that great English look as she matures. She's also wonderfully friendly, goes running up to kids and dogs at the park, wagging, makes friends with everybody right away, and even when one dog was in a bad temper and snarled, she looked more surprised than anything, and then just bounded off--"Oh well, if you don't want to play, I'll find somebody else!" You have raised marvelous, sweet-tempered, balanced, healthy dogs, Shannon, and I have such respect for you and your family. We were talking the other day about what an odyssey we made to Ohio from Rhode Island that Palm Sunday weekend, and how thoroughly worth it the whole trip was. Thank you so much for our fine English Lab. You're the best!! Fondest wishes to you and your family, from ours. Annie Goldberg |
